Gateway Over the Autumn Fields – Desk Mat

Part of the Shin-Hanga Sci-Fi Visions Collection

The Gateway Over the Autumn Fields desk mat shows a peaceful rural valley at dusk. Fields rest beneath fading light, and villagers move through the landscape as the day comes to an end. Above them, a massive gateway opens in the sky, transforming an ordinary evening into something quietly extraordinary.

The scene is built around contrast. Everyday life continues on the ground while a cosmic event unfolds overhead. The gateway's light spreads across the fields, suggesting connection to distant worlds without turning the moment into one of panic or destruction.

Part of BBairt's Shin-Hanga Sci-Fi Visions, the artwork combines tranquil landscape composition with a distinctly science-fiction idea. Soft clouds, autumn color, open farmland, and immense scale create a reflective scene where the impossible has simply become part of the horizon.

Designed for everyday use, this desk mat provides a smooth surface for work, gaming, and creative projects while bringing a calm science-fiction atmosphere to your workspace.

Pair it with the Gateway Over the Autumn Fields – Photo Paper Poster to complete the look.
