Waldkönig’s Munich Waltz

Under a cobalt sky, Waldkönig strides through Marienplatz in a titanic waltz. Terracotta rooftops disappear into his shadow as crowds flee. The woodland monarch has come without malice, but even a regal dance becomes a disaster at this scale.

Part of The Great Emergence, the growing wave of kaiju encounters across the world. No confirmed cause unites the reports, and this creature’s appearance is one piece of the larger mystery.
